The other night I made LOW Carb Pizza!🌟 It was very good and I will be making this more often!😍❤ .
🔹️The bread was only made of 6 eggs & 1 1/2 cups of Whey protein.
🔹️the pizza sauce was made out of Red peppers, Onions & Garlic (as well as other herbs).
🔹️then for the cheese I used Sheep cheese for myself & normal cheese for my husband😉👍
"When nothing goes right, go left !" Don't know who said it but we need to understand that
there is always another way.
The path you are on might be hard, Might be the worst, might not be your choice, might not pique your interest anymore but the other way might not be the highway to heaven as you imagine it to be.
But we need to recognise that there is always another path we could tread on leaving behind the preconceived notions of how they might or might not be and Hope that the path we are on gets better and fetches us something we are not aware of.
The road not taken is always regretted, but try to not let it ruin the road you are already on.
Continuing on with glutes and hammies....
I wanna first tell you..
A) I’m not good at everything and when I’m not... I find alternatives
B) you can use machines for other uses other than their number 1 purpose.. so in keeping with those things in mind...
I’m not good at cable kickbacks. Im terrible actually. My back takes over and causes pain which means my form is off and my glutes aren’t getting the workout it should. Sometimes I go back to it and try again every so often.. but if something is causing you pain (and not in a “oh my muscle is burning and working” but “dear god I’m in pain this isn’t right”) then stop. More often than not, you can find something to take its place that will work better for you. For me, instead of cable kickbacks, I do kicks on the hamstring curl machine or the smith machine.
Again, the hamstring machine Is supposed to be for laying hamstrings. But I also use it for this exercise and I love it.
The takeaway here is, you can always find alternatives and there are more than one way to use a machine if you get creative.
Cable kickbacks are not always on my plan from coach... but when they are... this is what I do instead from time to time using these 2 machines.
