It's easy to fall into a pattern of working late nights and going to sleep right after work. However, this habit keeps you up for longer thinking about all of your projects and tasks for the next day, thus creating extra stress. So, how do you combat that stress? Don’t give it a place to begin with!
If you haven't already, try setting a definitive time to stop working and begin prepping for a good night's rest. The longer the period of time is between working and sleeping, the less anxious you'll feel and the more refreshed you'll feel in the morning.
We all know that having a good grasp on time management is crucial, especially for entrepreneurs. However, practicing good time management is easier said than done. Here are a few ways that you can improve your ability to manage time effectively:
1) Make a schedule and stick to it! Prioritize by doing the most important tasks first.
2) Identify your greatest distractions and write out just how you can avoid those distractions. Ask yourself, “What can I do differently?” or “Who can help me with x task for y result?” Then, actively put that into practice.
3) For more grandeur tasks, try mono-tasking or single-tasking. It will allow you to complete your tasks quicker and with higher quality.
