It’s been a year and 1/2 for me in this industry & I continue to see the blessing of a paycheck, the massive growth, & the success because I haven’t stopped.
You don’t successfully run a marathon the first time you lace up your sneakers. You don’t become CEO the first time you put on a suit & show up to work. You don’t have the perfect body the first time you pick up a weight. You see where I’m going with this? You don’t become a marketing success the first time you publish a post. Consistency, teachability & tenacity win every time. If you’ve got those, then I promise we can make millions together.✨

Are you a stay at home mom or working mom? Let me also say that a stay home mom is still work, and vice versa. I am a stay at home mom right now in my life. I love it, but it’s not just home snuggling my kids all day long. Being a mother means that you are so much more. You are a nurse, disciple, chef, comforter, teacher, maid, Uber driver, entertainer, boss(disciplinarian) wife, guardian, and poop cleaner(for lack of a better term). And so much more, but my mind is fried(I blame my kids). It is the most draining and yet fulfilling job I have ever had.
I have had a career before having children, and I miss the praise you can get from a job. Your kids don’t pay you the same, or recognize all you do. They need you to survive and to guide them to be successful, contributing adults some day, but they don’t know that yet. It’s not an easy task and not just anyone can do it.
Not just anyone could raise your children, step children, foster or adopted children. God chose you specifically to be the mom that you are, for the children you have in your life. You are enough. You are just who they need. It does not always, if often at all, seem like that; I know! I have shed many tears over all my children for different reasons.
But please give yourself some grace. Let go of some of the other distractions and know that it is okay to ignore the dishes and go sit and color doodles or dance silly, or relax while feeding or nursing your babies. This time will pass by as fast as yesterday. ❤️ don’t forget to sit and love them now while they are here in your arms! Yes, sometimes that means ordering pizza or having grilled cheese sandwiches. That does not mean you are lazy or not “organic” enough. 🙄 Give yourself a break, mama!

Do you struggle to stay on track during the holidays? If you do, you're not alone!
It's extremely difficult to even feel like working towards self-improvement goals when everything in life feels good the way it often does during this period. Your 'why' gets lost and the desire to indulge in all the joy sort of takes control.
And of course, there's nothing wrong with indulging, enjoying the holidays, sleeping in, eating all the best home cooked meals you'll get all year, and just letting go and relaxing in a way that doesn't seem possible most of the year. At the same time, the further I get away from my self-improvement goals, the harder they are to find again when the holidays are over.
For that reason, it's wise to keep one foot in the doorway of your goals during this period. And what that means is just being A LITTLE BIT intentional about whatever goals you're working on just so you don't fully lose yourself.
For example, if I'm working towards waking up early and building a morning routine, maybe I can still try to do ONE part of my morning routine instead of the whole thing.
If I'm working towards fitness, goals, I can try to do just enough to maintain the progress I've made.
If I'm working towards healthy eating... well, we might as well give that one up for a few weeks 🤣.
You get the idea - you just want to keep the door open rather than close it and lose it completely because it IS difficult to rebuild momentum..
The big challenge is this: to try and refrain from making it a complete excuse to let go for the next month until you have no idea where your goals disappeared to! 👾 👾 #youcandothis#holidaysurvivalguide
