The weather has been awful today 😫☔️ so I left work, all ready for the gym and I was really looking forward to my session. Takes like 30 seconds to get from the door to my car but the rain was that bad it soaked through my coat and my feet were drenched 😫 I couldn’t go to the gym it was that bad! So I ended up doing a home workout. Not what I had planned but better than nothing! So yeah, if something happens, it doesn’t mean you can’t do anything, just change your plan and do what you can 😊

Today I asked myself what fitness meant to me?
To sum it up, fitness means taking care of myself physically and mentally, fueling my body with foods that make me feel good internally. Fitness is me using the healthy functioning body ,that I sometimes take for granted, as a means to challenge,express and remind myself how much my body is capable of.
I love working out, I love feeling strong, I love feeling confident in the skin I’m in, especially knowing that I had to work my ass off for it.
Fitness and living a healthier lifestyle not only changed my life, it SAVED my life.💕

Happy Tuesday 🍁🌨. I told myself that around October I would reverse diet to get my calories back up and start focusing on building muscle than maintaining & leaning up like I have been doing & this just hasn’t happened at all 😅.
I’ve really enjoyed being on a ‘diet’ and I never thought I would of said that 🤣. The flexible dieting approach I take means I don’t actually feel like I’m dieting at all because I’m still eating a lot of the foods I want 🥰.
