Why I love avocado on the keto diet
Avocado is one of the healthiest low carb veggies (er, fruit actually!) on the planet.
Avocado contains fiber, copper, folate, and potassium. The fruit also contains Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. That’s a lot of B-Vitamins! It also contains zinc, iron, manganese, and magnesium. With a mere 2 net carbohydrates per 100 grams, the avocado is a must on the list of acceptable foods on the keto diet. It is low in saturated fats and absent of sodium and cholesterol.
Most people who start ketodiet do it without a plan and getting no result !

We were made to grow, adapt, progress and evolve. We weren't made to stand still and stagnate like swamp water.

Communication and relationships are so important in life. I’d argue one of the most important things in life. Join them, grow with them, Team Work makes life easier. They WANT to share their life with you, it's why they chose you, remember that. ❤️

I dig my vacation time and tuning off, but, one of my favorite parts about traveling is meeting people with as much love for fitness as I have. There’s nothing like pushing yourself alongside people from other walks of life to see we are all the same... a solid sprint or dynamic mode will put us all on the floor. 😂

Lauren ran the workout and she straight up kicked my ass. 2 days later and I’m still sore AF.
I am so blessed and proud to have such and amazing and beautiful woman that wants me to be the best version of me. Not only is she mentally and spiritually fit... she’s a strong and fit badass in the gym (and she has a very nice 🍑 too). It’s always a great feeling when you are sore after a workout. It means gains are coming.
Ladies — this is a fantastic leg day workout. High reps/low weight. Guys modify and go medium weight and medium reps and you’ll be feeling it too. Building these muscles that we don’t normally build with standard squats and leg presses means that we will be stronger.

So wintertime can get me a bit glum with the shorter days, cloudy weather and little sunshine. I try to find lots of ways to get out and about to keep my mood up. Some of my favourite things leading up to Christmas time are holiday markets, seeing the lights, hikes/snowshoeing, snowboarding, and skating.
