From my conversation with a fertility friend who was sad by the fact that 12-13mm follicle didn’t get mature egg for her, let us learn more on follicular size and their probability of giving a mature egg at the time of retrieval . 👉 follicles of 12–19 mm on the day of trigger administration has the greatest contribution to the number of oocytes retrieved . 👉 follicles of 16–22 mm on the day of oocyte retrieval are more likely to contain mature oocytes than smaller follicles, while larger follicles are more likely to contain post-mature oocytes . 👉 The odds of retrieving mature oocytes from follicles of 13–15 mm on the day of oocyte retrieval are 70% less compared with follicles > 18 mm .

Kickass teams thrive with kickass leadership!
We are diving into our 4 Leadership Styles You Must know by taking a closer look at The Commander.
Tough times require strong leadership 💪🏻💪🏻. This leader must take responsibility to make the hard decisions. This person must motivate and inspire the team against current obstacles and further resistance heading their way.
The commander steps in here to handle a crisis situation when bold, quick and direct decisions need to be made. The project appears doomed, customers are leaving or the buildings on 🔥.
These commanders are needed when changes are necessary, and they can see strong resistance and barriers. These leaders create a vision and find a way to accomplish it in order to see positive changes made. This could be moving to #agile or changing up the original feature set.
Commanders are useful when people lack a commitment to the project, faith in the business and are unwilling to work due to previous failures or a degrading environment or unpopular management. This leader can sound the wake-up call to the team and inspire them to move forward.
➠We go even deeper into The Commander leadership style over in our Article: Software Development Leadership: 4 Leadership Styles You Need to Know. Click the 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗜𝗢 to read more. Comment Below⇣ Are you a Commander amongst your team?

Saturday mood 😆Spinning up a new Vuejs app today to work on a project just for fun! Learning the importance of also coding just for fun not just for work to keep on learning things I don’t necessarily work with on a day to day basis.
Moving unexpectedly to Washington today! SWIPE 👉 for views😍
Leaving an Airbnb unexpectedly is one of the most stressful things for us. People want to get to know you if you live there for a month. But Mark and I need privacy as our life is almost 100% work and business.
To avoid these issues, we have booked our FIRST entire place. We will be remote, able to focus, and finally be able to execute at our highest level because there are no distractions. This is a huge step for us and can’t wait to show you the mountains in our backyard!
What have you been up to this weekend?

Already passed 2 exams at university! 📚
One of them was computer linguistics. We had laboratory works about writing program that could classify tone of message (good, bad, neutral), classify author of text (text should be written by one of the authors that we used to learn model) and identify plagiary.
It was really interesting 👩🏻💻
Bless all of the things that broke me down, cracked me open, and forced me to do the internal work in order to survive. Manifesting everything outwards from here on out🤞🏼✨

How are you preparing for the week ahead?
Some of these Languages are case sensitive, others are not, knowing this gave us the opportunity to learning different types of casing and which would work for the individual programming language.
Using these different Data Types to also make declarations was another thing we learnt, how to make use of variables, what an operator is and how to call values.
The list goes on and on, but I wouldn’t want to bore you with all the very technical aspects of this process.
Thanks for reading till the end.
Special Thanks to the Organization. BrighterDays CodeLab, the Organisers and Facilitators,
Mary W Jackson, Aerospace Engineer in the Large Supersonic Tunnels Branch of Full-Scale Research Division, explains the facilities used in testing research models such as SCAT.
The Guidance Counseling Class from Hampton Institute visited the center on July 30 and toured a number of facilities. The purpose of the visit was to provide the counselors an opportunity to see areas of work representing fields in which their students might be employed. The group, under the direction of Professor Fissell Jones (Left, back row) of Hampton Institute, represented the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. In 1958 Mary Jackson became NASA's first black female engineer. Via @nasa

My views (3 tips) on how to become a world-class developer are below. Note: may not be applicable to beginners. Those helped me a ton to level up, but only after the end of my bootcamp.
𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 (𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘶𝘴: 𝘪𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰 becoming 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵, if you're using it). Yes, whenever I use a third-party library, I now make sure I go through the source code on GitHub to understand everything that is going on under the hood.
𝟐. Following the point above, 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭.
Example: I replicated Antd' source code / way of doing things in my own atomic structures. If your own components are structured the way that a library used by Baidu and Alibaba is, then you know you are doing something right and that your standards have a good baseline.
3. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. It's cool when you start coding (wow I just understood react by making a reddit clone today!), but after a while it just is inefficient and plain bad quality compared to what you can now properly build instead. Do not make it a habit of coding something quickly for the pleasure of it - hold yourself to higher standards.
If your codebase was to expand and have people joining the team and work on it over the next several years, would it be maintainable? Are your functions highly performant / inexpensive? Did you code them with the right balance, consciously ? Is anything repetitive when you could have better dynamic structure with good namings ?
Have you chosen the right technology, even if it's an initial overhead ?
Is there a single month that's crazier all year long?! December often seems like a massive blur of holiday shopping, Christmas decorating, family photographs and parties, flights madly packed with people travelling home to see loved ones... But not to worry, help is en route! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What’s the business REALLY about? 🧐
A system for wealth creation.
A system to make residual income from thousands of recurring customers. To have financial leverage.
A system that provides you with proven marketing, branding, and business growth strategies for a business that’s been growing exponentially year on year.
In 2019 so far:
⚡️we’ve paid out $100 million in commissions
⚡️ 5 million products shipped out
⚡️ 180K new VIP customers
A system to train, coach, mentor leaders and business partners to collaborate and achieve business growth together.
It’s getting products in the hands of customers and turning that into residual income.
It’s like McDonalds.
McDonalds takes sub-par quality food and turns it into a cash producing machine as a franchise.
We take the only revolutionary anti aging haircare line in the world and turn it into a sustainable, monthly residual income stream for our brand ambassadors.
In the 5 years we’ve been around, we already crossed $1 Billion in revenue.
We allow coaches, agency owners, students, moms, nurses, and people of all kinds to add financial leverage to their businesses, lives and retirement plans.
Want a sneak peak at our system? Send me a message and I’ll break it all down for you 😚
Really hungry? Fill out the application form in my bio and let’s make magic happen together.
