I’m back to my normal routine and I’m feeling 100% back to normal! I’ve been feeling so unmotivated these past couple weeks, haven’t been eating as well as I should’ve done and haven’t been going to the gym as much as I planned to! It’s okay though as sometimes you need to give yourself the break that you need as long as you get back to it that’s all that matters! LETS GET IT 💓
We literally were the laziest humans today. We slept in, got up simply to make and eat breakfast, laid on the couch, popped my Star Wars cherry with my guy (literally NEVER seen a whole Star Wars movie - don’t hurt me 😂), moved back to the bed, and then finally had to get up and get showered for work. I felt so lazy and had a hard time not “doing” anything, but we legit never have days like this so it was much needed and very appreciated! Working til midnight then we are off for two, and no solid plans besides hanging with my man and my babies 💕 #thelife#restday#literally#selfcare
3 weeks today on intermittent fasting ...not easy every day but worth it In The long run... feeling better, my gut is happy and skin clear and bright ( and nope I am not ashamed to take a selfie without makeup )

Taking an active rest day today. Already closed my calories goal on my Apple Watch (800 cals) & I’m 1.5k away from hitting my daily 10k steps. Going to do a lite yoga session to focus on my breathing and stretching & then have my meal prepped dinner. On previous rest days, I would let the “rest” aspect derail my eating & order out, but not today - I’ve done a great job of sticking to my outlined meals and that makes me super happy, cause I def could be stress eating right now. #restday#activerestday#kellskrewfitmas#fitnesschallenge
The best part about this meal is it literally took five minutes and that was to chop up my salad! After working all day it’s soooo easy to just grab something out of the fridge and heat it up.
