What you put out into the world will always find a way back to you. In fact everything you put out into the world always finds a way back to you. If you are currently experiencing something you don’t want, it’s because at some level of your mind, body, or spirit you put it out there and the only thing you need to do is align the 3 in the direction of things you want to experience more of. Aligning yourself is a pretty easy process said, much more time consuming done. I talk about it in the upcoming book more and would love to share some of those tips before its released... There’s always room for growth and tomorrow for you to start again. Allow yourself to be a work in progress and invest in yourself. You are exactly where you need to be. Enjoy your life as it is now as you’re on your journey to what you want to be.
Don’t put that kind of pressure on yourself that you should everything figured out now. If you figured it all out today, what would be the point of tomorrow? Make decisions you can live with and enjoy being a work in progress. You’re going to be okay. It all will turn out just fine. Don’t rush, enjoy the ride.
Eat a brain-healthy diet to support strong mental health
You may not be aware how much of what you eat—and don’t eat—affects the way you think and feel. An unhealthy diet can take a toll on your brain and mood, disrupt your sleep, sap your energy, and weaken your immune system. Conversely, switching to a wholesome diet, low in sugar and rich in healthy fats, can give you more energy, improve your sleep and mood, and help you to look and feel your best.
People respond slightly differently to certain foods, depending on genetics and other health factors, so experiment with how the food you include in—or cut from—your diet changes the way you feel.
The best place to start is by cutting out the “bad fats” that can damage your mood and outlook, and replace them with “good fats” that support brain-health.
