The breath indicates digestive health and the ability to breakdown food. If it doesn’t breakdown and rots in your gut, you stink
The skin is a detox organ and it will release foul odor when the internal detox organs are weak and you stink
Breath mints and deodorants ain’t gonna help that underlying problem. They cover shit up. Literally😉 And not to mention all the toxins in the deodorant and perfumes/colognes. That ain’t helping you at all

There is only one exercise to do today, but it is your choice whether you will be doing 30 repetitions per side or 15 in each of your 2 to 3 sets. How to do leg raises will be shown on our story. .
