If something is calling to your heart, you WILL be supported.
Sometimes that support comes in the form of a challenge, don’t let the challenge knock you off course. Look for the lesson. You are being shown the way.
Don’t run from your discomfort. Honor its wisdom.
Sometimes the support feels far away, you must get your feet moving to get to it.
Do not stress over the direction, you can sort that out along the way.
Just start moving.
Leave the fears behind.
Forgive the mistakes.
You are in bloom.
The storms will nourish you in their own ways, just as the sun will.
You are resilient to what ever may come.
Let it come, and then let it go.
Do not cling, do not force.
Listen. Embrace whatever comes.
And then keep going.
If you are being called toward something, whether that be a move, a career change, an expanding of your current heart-led career, or fulfilling relationships.. get the support you need. Start doing the internal work, and see how your whole reality changes. You are capable of so much. It’s already within you. WORTHY can show you the way. Join us. The two month course starts August 26. Click the link in the bio to learn more and sign up for one of the last call times with me to discuss if this course and community is right for you.

I've battled iron deficient anemia for more years than I can remember. It's never really effected my life beyond being tired and having a "fuzzy head."
I hate the idea of taking supplements, but I've drastically reduced my red meat intake in the last year; a huge natural source of iron. I've tried eating more spinach, broccoli, etc, but it doesn't seem to do much.
Any of you deal with low iron levels? What do you do to keep your iron up?

This weekend I got to climb big rocks with the love of my life, and watch the sunset in a national park for me first time. We also laid on a giant rock and watched the stars at a level 4 dark sky park. God definitely answered our prayers, and threw in a couple shooting stars too. 😉 #engaged#SoCal#joshuatree#nationalpark#sunset#darksky
