3 TIPS FOR INCREASING METABOLISM 🔥🔥
If you feel like you’re working really hard in the gym & not seeing results, your issue could be a slow METABOLISM -
I’m going to simplify what I have learned over the years, so you guys don’t make the same mistakes I did 🙅♀️
1. lift heavy weights! Hours of cardio can actually damage your metabolism! When you increase muscle mass you burn calories EVEN WHEN RESTING 😴 so pack on some muscle and you’ll notice a big change
2. Eat your protein- protein takes the most energy to digest and keeps you full longer. It’s also going to help build those beautiful lean muscles 💪. Fat burning supplements and things that are presented as a quick fix. There is no magic solution that suddenly going to make you lose fat faster. The secret is consistent hard work
3. I have personally tried this and it works wonder for me and for my clients too. Larger calorie dense meals burn more calories. If the small frequent meals you are eating to look good and if they makes you FEEL good, go ahead and do it BUT your body burn more cals through digestion when the meal is larger✅ (to increase your metabolism) -

#tbt to what seems like a LIFETIME AGO!
Since this picture, I’ve fallen off the #fitlife train and did a 180 to partying and alcohol. Then recently found my WHY again. Why do I go to the gym, why do I track macros/eat somewhat clean, and why do I NOT drink/go out.
During that “rock bottom” stage, I kept trying to figure out how to get my groove back so I would just go to the gym and think “I’ve done this before. Just go through the movements and you’ll be back” NOPE. It doesn’t work like that. You have to remember/know why you doing a certain thing to be able to actually do it. I dreaded the gym at a point. I went weeks without stepping foot in one. Then I figured out why I do it. My reasons now are different from before I fell off my groove. THAT IS OK. It’s because I changed and GREW.
I realized this goes for a lot of things. Consistency is key to change but mindset is key to consistency 💯 -

Enjoying every second right now. When you work for something for so long in the beginning and see no progress right away, keep going because I promise you it’s right around the corner. Truly love doing this. I’ve been meeting some really cool people along the way. Can’t express how much I appreciate everyone who has purchased, shared, followed, and supported the brand. 🏔😈#IfYouActuallyReadAllThisDM4$5OFFBecauseIWouldntReadThis
Focus on the process rather than the outcome!
That doesn’t mean lose sight of your long term goal, but put your energy into what you need to do to get there. Be thankful for the body you have been given. Don’t compare your year one to someone else’s year five. Give yourself credit for all the hard work you put in. Don’t give up! Changing your body composition takes time. You might gain muscle slower than others, you might lose fat at a slower rate, but that doesn’t mean you’re not working towards your goals or bettering your life.
One foot in front of the other! Lift Heavy, Eat Big, Embrace the Gainz 💪🏻

My workout routine consists of a strength workout at the gym 4x a week and 2 days of cardio (Boxing or thinking to get into Jiu Jitsu)🧡with 1 recovery day per week. Since I am working out 6 days per week again, it is important to eat well and have restful sleep🌟I like to make sure I am getting at least 7-9 hours of a sleep at night and I take @naturalfactors PharmaGaba to conquer stress and help me relax at night💃🏻 I’ve been making positive changes to my fitness routine to reach my body goals! 🍎🍉🍌
