Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Bars🍫✨ These are absolutely ahhhmazing + a treat that I know I will be making all Fall. The pumpkin spice is optional if you aren’t into that (kinda judging you if you aren’t 🤷🏼♀️) Enjoy loves!
1 cup natural Peanut Butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut flour
2-4 tsp pumpkin spice *optional
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbs coconut oil
½ cup natural peanut butter
In a medium bowl, add in the peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix well. To the mixture add in the pumpkin spice along with ¼ cup of the coconut flour. Mix well. Add in the other ¼ of coconut flour. It will be tough to mix but keep going until it is all smooth!
Line a bread oaf pan with parchment paper. Add in the peanut butter mixture to the pan, flattening with a spatuala. Place into the freezer to set.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (either on 50% power in the microwave in one minute intervals or on a double boiler). Once it is smooth and melted, add in the peanut butter. Mix. Pour on the PB mixture. Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Cut into squares and enjoy!!

It’s finally Saturday guys!! I am so enjoying it. The work is busy lately and I am struggling also with a small back injury, so I am taking the whole weekend off and resisting on the couch 🛋😍🤗 And there is no better start into the lazy day than this delicious breakfast 🌿🤩 One hard boiled egg, white Russian quark cheese, greens with tomato, avocado sprinkled with chili flakes and fruits: raspberries and blueberries 😍🔝 I really love this Russian quark ♥️ It’s full of protein and it always reminds me my childhood (my grandma used to prepare it at home back in time) 🤗 I eat it savory or sweet way depending on my mood. Today I only sprinkled it with olive oil, white pepper and salt and it was perfect 👌🏼 Simple works usually best 💁🏼♀️😁 I hope you’re having a great weekend friends 😘

wait, but i thought you were a bodybuilder? so why are you doing F45 and interval training? i’ve gotten asked this a few times since i started posting about F45 (and my obsession with it lol)
basically, i grew up an athlete. sports, fitness, feeling strong and functional runs through my veins and i truly MISSED feeling like an athlete after quitting gymnastics years ago.
i love lifting and it truly is my passion and my escape, but i craved some functionality in my workouts as well as improving my cardiovascular endurance and my mobility.
SO after hearing so many good things about F45 and then realizing there was one RIGHT BY MY HOUSE i was like “i’m there”. since starting F45 back in june, i’ve learned how much i love training with other people and how it really does motivate me to work my ass off.
i’ve also noticed huge changes physique wise (all good things hehe) and finally feel like an ATHLETE again. can’t wait to take this journey even further and someday soon you can catch me at one of those sick ninja gyms doing cool parkour shiz 😏😏
bottom line: if you have an F45 near you, GO TRY IT!!! chances are you’re going to become addicted VERY fast 😉

No matter how you slice and dice it, the foundation for all human diets should be centered around plants, especially vegetables.
Plants contain fermentable fibers which break down into SCFA and feed our trillions of gut bacteria. They also contain phytochemicals (antioxidants and polyphenols) which are essential for optimal health.
Phytochemicals are exclusively found in plants and can be thought of as these biologically active compounds of the plants immune system which give fruits and vegetables their bright color.
The more phytochemicals we consume, the better our body is able to combat oxidative stress, reduce stress induced apoptosis, decrease inflammation, and protect the gut.
• Vegan: no animal products
• Vegetarian: no meat but consume eggs or dairy
• Pescatarian: include fish/seafood but no meat. May also consume eggs and dairy.
• Low-FODMAP: avoidance or minimizing consumption of lactose, fructans, fructose, polyols, and galacto-oligosaccharides.
• Ketogenic: high-fat (70-90%) and low-carbohydrate (3-5%) with total net carb intake <30g daily.
• Paleo: avoidance of grains, dairy, legumes, refined sugar & vegetable oils, and potatoes. An autoimmune paleo diet (AIP) further removes nuts, seeds, eggs, nightshades, and added sugar.
As you can see, all six of these meal have a few main things in common:
1️⃣ Lots of vegetables (adds volume)
2️⃣ An abundance of diverse color
3️⃣ Animal protein is more of a condiment and makes up <20% of the meal
4️⃣ Comprised of whole foods and minimally processed
When it comes to food, many people seem to have a strong alliance to a particular diet/lifestyle trend. Either you’re a dedicated vegan, a devoted vegetarian, a staunch paleo lover, or on the keto craze.
We are all unique individuals, and therefore, have different goals and needs. What works for you may not work for me and vice versa.
While I personally lean more towards a whole food, plant-centric template, I am by no means a strict vegan, nor am I a vegetarian, or strict paleo.
Find a balanced, adequate, and varied diet that works best for you.
Be like a train; go in the rain, go in the sun, go in the storm, go in the dark tunnels! Be like a train; concentrate on your road and go with no hesitation! .

This a super quick, easy and nutritious meal that also tastes GOOD! I cooked up some chickpea pasta alongside yellow onion, ground turkey, garlic, and diced tomatoes. At the last minute, I added spinach to the ground turkey mixture and heated until just wilted. I topped with a tiny bit of shaved Parmesan and fresh basil. My macros came to 57P | 60C | 13F
