After almost 2 weeks of feeling super ill, I FINALLY feel like a human being again🥳. 🤯Did a dumbbell only whole body circuit today in the gym, that was harder than expected tho🥵😂.

All Might Legs🦵🏾🍑🔥

🤔There is no one set way to train legs, however I like to start with squat and then move to a lagging body part such as quads, hams, or glutes🍑
1️⃣ Squats | 4 x 6 - 8 reps
I’m a firm believer that both females and males should have nice glutes. So, for maximum glute activation, go a bit deeper on sqauts and when you come to the top of each rep, squeeze your glutes🍑
2️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts | 3 x 8 - 12
This is great a great exercise for the glutes and hammies. Squeeze your glutes at the top😁 (You can replace this with hip trusts if you want)
3️⃣ Leg press |
More hypertrophic 3 x 12 - 15 l
For more strength 4 - 8
The leg press is a interesting exercises in the sense that your foot placement with completely change the targeted muscle on the leg. I prefer to go slightly wider than conventional deadlift stance and go real heavy💪🏾
3️⃣ Superset Leg Extension + Leg Curl |
3 x Failure
The goal with this is to finish your legs off. Go for a nice burn🔥
4️⃣ Calve Raises | 4 x 10 - 12
Have full range of motion and don’t go fast. The goal of training calves is to show people that you actually have calves. So, go for a burning feeling that’s when you know you’re doin it right😁

Obligatory douchey flex post because I’m proud of my progress recently. Spent most of the last year wasting my time in the gym and not putting any effort into my nutrition. The last few weeks I have completely changed my approach in and out of the gym.
I bulked up to an uncomfortable 194 in June, and now I’m at 177 and all of a sudden I don’t get winded going up stairs lmao. Lost 17lbs and somehow didn’t lose any strength 🤷🏻♂️ I’ll take it!
Olympia 2019 was a success 💪🏼🤩 enjoyed being with the boyzzz & met a lot of dope people including my biggest inspiration for getting me motivated to be in the gym, my idol & aesthetic king @davidlaid 🔥 let’s keep grinding babyyy 💪🏼💪🏼
