Hello everyone ✌😁 I worked until 2.40 am this morning and I am absolutely pooped. I feel pretty good mentally though, I'm proud of myself for speaking at the climate strike yesterday. That was way out of my comfort zone but I was so inspired by the students talking, I just had to say something 🌼
I'm going to spend my day catching up on my uni work. I have an essay on the two-visual-stream-hypothesis (Google if you want to know what it is) that's due in two days and I need to get my booty into gear and get it done! 🌼📚
THE best brunch burger ever🥰❤️ This is something I have everrrrry Saturday without fail... I love it so much😅🥰 Absolute monster but this will fill me up until tonight, its 100% on plan and only 4.5 syns used👍🏼 I’ve used a wholemeal cob as my healthy B choice, 3 ‘light and lean’ sausages from Asda (1.5), bacon with the majority of visible fat removed🥓 2 fried eggs- fried in frylight 🍳 2 ‘lighter’ cheese slices (healthy A)🧀 and 2 McCain hashbrowns (3)🥰 A nice cup of coffee on the side☕️ *** I get asked the same question most weeks so thought id add this onto my post... Where do I get my wholemeal cob from? I buy a single cob of the market near where I live every Sat.. it weighs roughly 73g so I take some of the bread out until it weighs 60g! Please note, I dont know if this would make it an official B choice or not however I've always done this and it's never affected my weightloss)😊 #slimmingworld
