I’m enjoying so much this week in Mallorca with my ASICSfrontrunner mates from all over the world 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏼♂️🏃🏻♀️ Different cultures but with a great passion in common ... the Running ❤️ Today we did a 15k Trail Running session... Amazing landscapes and a lot of team spirit ️ Now to rest on the beach 😎Happy day to everyone ▪️▪️▪️▪️
Are you struggling to make progress towards your goals this year?
A lot of the time, our issue is lack of PLANNING. We run after our goals full of HOPE but without slowing down for a sec to actually plan our week out.
Remember: hope is not a plan.
Success doesn’t happen accidentally.
If you’re finding yourself having big aspirations for what you WANT to do with your fitness goals but failing to follow through or see results, take time this weekend to PLAN for success in each area:
Workouts - WHEN are you going to workout? Schedule your workouts in — don’t just wait around for when you’re feeling motivated to do them! Schedule them like an appointment, and keep that appointment!
WATER - How are you going to keep yourself accountable to drinking water? I HIGHLY recommend getting a BIG water bottle (1L+) and keeping it next to you ALL day. Create the habit of taking sips every 15-20 minutes!
NUTRITION - How are you going to make healthy eating EASY for you this week? Meal prepping? Frozen meals?
WHAT’S THE PLAN? Waiting for each day to come and deciding what to eat in the moment is a sure fire way to FAIL. If you don’t have a plan for nutrition, it will NOT go well this week - I guarantee it! Take the time to plan your meals and snacks out for this upcoming week, and your nutrition will be SO much more on point!
