A lot of people ask us how they can get better at math. Let's answer this, because a lot of people fear math.
There is no such thing as being bad at math. Someone might have a better understanding of the concepts but that doesn't mean you can't do it.
Many great scientists got good at math by doing it everyday. Like a professional sporter training everyday to get better, math can be trained as well. So, just do it. Fail, make mistakes! There is no learning without mistakes. The thing is that (as with everything in life you really want) you just don't give up. Keep trying, keep failing, that's how you grow as a person and that's how you get better at something. Learn from your mistakes!
You just have to put time in it and be patient, it will come to you eventually!
Per molti non saremo mai degli atleti, resteremo sempre i “pompati”, quelli “fissati” con i pesi e la dieta... Verremo sempre criticati ma ahimè ormai siamo abituati a sentire sempre le solite frasi da chi non ha mai sudato in tutta la sua vita.
Noi siamo quelli che si svegliano la mattina presto pensando all’allenamento e a preparare i pasti,
Siamo quelli che trovano squisito il riso bianco e sorridono quando sanno di potersi concedere il lusso di un pasto libero.
Siamo quelli che hanno le mani piene di calli e ogni giorno devono combattere con qualche dolore.
Siamo quelli che non riescono a godersi la gioia dei risultati ottenuti, perché cerchiamo continuamente di migliorare.
Forse siamo esagerati, forse siamo davvero fissati, ma questa fissazione è parte della nostra vita.
Siamo uomini, donne, papà, mamme, lavoratori,studenti... abbiamo problemi e pensieri come tutti,ma una volta in sala pesi tutto questo resta fuori, siamo solo noi e bilancieri, qualche risata con gli amici e niente più.

Hey guys!!! 👋 I disappeared for a short while. I had to focus on my health, both mind and body. It was really important for me to re-center myself.
